Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — reach out to us at support@designiahome.com as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to make the change. Once an order has been dispatched, we can’t modify or cancel it, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is it safe to enter my payment details on your site?
Yes. All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your full card details.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, email us at support@designiahome.com with the name and email address used at checkout and we’ll look into it.
How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping takes 5–8 business days after a 1–3 day processing window. Expedited shipping arrives in 2–3 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We’re working on expanding to additional countries.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order dispatches. Click the tracking link in that email to follow your package.
My package shows as delivered but I haven’t received it. What do I do?
First, check around your property — delivery drivers sometimes leave packages in less obvious spots. Check with neighbors too. If you still can’t locate it after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
How do I return an item?

I changed my mind about my purchase. Can I still return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Changed your mind is a valid reason.
My item arrived damaged. What happens now?
Email us at support@designiahome.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice. You don’t need to return the damaged item.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
Are the faux botanicals realistic?
The ones we carry are, yes — that’s specifically the standard we apply when choosing them. We only stock faux botanicals that could pass for real at arm’s length. That said, photos help more than descriptions here, so we encourage you to look closely at the product images.
Are your candles safe to burn?
All candles in our range are made with soy or soy-blend wax, cotton wicks, and fragrance oils that meet standard safety regulations. As with any candle, always burn within sight on a heat-resistant surface, keep away from drafts and flammables, and don’t leave burning unattended.
What size cushion insert fits your covers?
Each product listing includes the recommended insert size. As a general rule, we recommend going one size up from the cover dimensions for a full, well-filled look — a 20″x20″ cover looks better with an 22″ insert than a 20″.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
We’re building toward a more sustainable range and clearly mark products made with natural, recycled, or sustainably sourced materials. Our candles use natural soy wax, our macrame is made from natural cotton, and our faux botanicals are chosen partly for longevity over single-season use. We’re honest about where we are and where we’re still working toward.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many items are restocked regularly. Use the “Notify me when available” option on any sold-out product page to get an email when it’s back in stock.
How do I receive my digital art print?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link within a few minutes. The files are delivered as high-resolution JPGs or PNGs, ready to send to a printer.
What size should I print my art print?
Each listing includes the recommended print sizes for that file. Most of our prints are designed for A4, A3, 8×10″, and 5×7″ formats. Printing at exact recommended sizes gives you the sharpest result.
Can I use your digital prints commercially?
No. All digital prints sold on Designia Home are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print them for your own home or as a personal gift, but you may not reproduce, resell, or use them in any commercial context.
